At March Delta, we work with the VÉRTICE4 methodology, based on seven strategic levers and four intervention phases to create an inflection point.

VÉRTICE represents the convergence of Vision, Execution, Reputation, Traction, Innovation, Growth and Excellence. The 4 represents the phases Explore, Structure, Execute and Evaluate, which support rigorous execution and continuous adjustment.

With VÉRTICE4, we transform a comprehensive diagnosis into a personalized action plan, deployed by a senior team and supported by a KPI-based monitoring system. Each step adds measurable value and enables real-time course correction.

The 4 phases

Explore

Objective: Obtain a 360-degree diagnosis that serves as the basis for an action plan aligned with challenges and opportunities.

Key activities:

  • Interviews with the CEO and key stakeholders.
  • Audit of financial, operational and governance data.
  • Evaluation of maturity, complexity, finances and ambition.
  • Identification of value drivers and risks.

Deliverable: Diagnostic report and opportunity map.

Structure

Objective: Translate the diagnosis into a detailed roadmap that defines services, scope, timelines and KPIs.

Key activities:

  • Selection of services: strategy, brand, digitalization, M&A.
  • Definition of quick wins and core projects.
  • Setting SMART objectives and a schedule with accountable owners.
  • Design of a monitoring dashboard and fee structure (fixed + variable).

Deliverable: Personalized action plan with KPI matrix and commercial proposal.

Execute

Objective: Deploy initiatives with clear governance and the senior team commitment required for delivery.

Key activities:

  • Formation of a joint PMO with March Delta and the client.
  • Coordination of internal resources and external partners.
  • Implementation of projects: digital transformation, brand, lobbying, alliances and M&A.
  • Regular steering committee sessions for fast decision-making.

Deliverable: Steering committee minutes and a roadmap updated in real time.

Evaluate

Objective: Measure results against KPIs, extract insights and adjust the plan to maximize returns.

Key activities:

  • Collection of actual data and comparison with objectives.
  • Monthly and quarterly reports with gap analysis.
  • Follow-up meetings to redefine priorities.
  • Documentation of lessons learned and best practices.

Deliverable: Executive dashboard, prioritized correction plan and variable fee review.
